Here at Deuxieme we are more than a little excited about the Marni for H & M collaboration! Marni on high street prices…too much. We have had quite a few Marni pieces in the shop recently, a few of which are up on our “browse the shop” section. Spring is creeping ever closer and the shop is looking fresh as a daisy. Hello and happy Tuesday, almost..nearly…GETTING towards the half way marker of this fr-fr-freezing week. (Although we are secretly praying for snow here at Deuxieme. Is that bad? Our furry hats say “no!”) Remember that our little sister shop, Deuxieme Too! (situated accross the road at number 70 New Kings Road) is taking clothes in too. If you have slightly more high end things, particularly clothes, shoes and bags, why not take them across to the new space? Have a fab week.

We are very excited to announce the opening of “Deuxieme Too”, our new little sister shop. It’s just down the road from the big sister shop at number 70 New Kings Road. Now you’ve got twice the fun on the same road!

It’s very small and bijou so we’ve only got room to sell really special high-end things there (but still very affordable, obvs!) and we’re also stocking some amazing vintage things courtesy of the gorgeous vintage specialists, Love Miss Daisy www.lovemissdaisy.com

End Of Sale But Spring Is Calling…

The sale in Deuxieme is sadly now over but you can still grab some bargains at 50% off from the sale rail downstairs. This will stay put until the end of the month so get down soon to scoop up the remaining discounted items! But..as they say…out with the old and in with the new! And what’s new? Well…Spring is just around the corner (in fashion terms anyhoo!) and so we have ceased our intake of all things furry and fuzzy and we are oooohing and ahhhhing over lighter and brighter items in the hope of lighter and brighter weather. Don’t.hold.your.breath. So this is a great opportunity for you organised fashionistas to clear out the wardrobe and file into Deuxieme with your silky, pastel and floral offerings. Note-we are still taking jumpers and coats but think more, “mild break in Paris” than “winter rescue-remedy holiday in The Alps”…see what we mean?

Seasonal In-Takings.

We are strictly seasonal with what we take in to sell, for example, Summer items only in Summer, Winter in Winter etc. This is for 2 reasons, firstly things are only here for 8 weeks, and secondly we have no storage space. Seasonal in-take times are as follows:

Spring – February onwards

Summer – April to July

Autumn – August onwards

Winter – October to January.

Remember to bring your clothes in before 5:30pm Mon-Sat and before 4:30pm Sun.

After a bit of a false start last year, we’re very excited to announce we’re now fully ensconsed in the social networking world! (Although we’ve drawn a line at facebook as there’s only so much blogging and networking we can do while busy serving our huge numbers of customers!!) After being many a fashionista’s best-kept secret for years, the word is now spreading fast to many grateful clothes-lovers.
